Brevard corrections officer fired after accusation of sexual misconduct

The Brevard County Sheriff's Office says it has fired one of its corrections officers after he was arrested on a charge of sexual misconduct. Former Corrections Deputy Barre Taylor was taken into custody on Wednesday and booked into the Brevard County Jail under a $5000.00 bond.
