ORLANDO, Fla. - A tropical system making its way across the Caribbean strengthened Friday night to become Tropical Depression 4. The system is expected to quickly strengthen further into a tropical storm – to be known as Tropical Storm Debby – by late Saturday, according to the National Hurricane Center.
