New 'Saucy! By KFC' restaurant opening first location ever in Florida: See the menu
ORLANDO, Fla. - Calling all chicken tender lovers! A brand-new restaurant called Saucy, by KFC, is opening its very first location right here in Florida.
The new concept restaurant's menu will feature crispy chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches, served with Hawaiian rolls, crinkle-cut fries, and coleslaw. The real star of the show, however, will be Saucy's amazing selection of "finger lickin' good" signature sauces.
There are 11 sauce flavors to choose from, a fun tribute to the 11 herbs and spices in KFC’s Original Recipe:
- Chimichurri Ranch
- Peri Peri Ranch
- Jalapeno Pesto Ranch
- Smokey Bacon Ranch
- Thai Sweet 'N Spicy
- Sweet 'N Saucy BBQ
- Saucy's Sauce
- Spicy Mango Chutney
- Saucy Ranch
- Creole Honey Mustard
- Sweet Teriyaki
"Being sauce-focused allows us to be as creative as we want," KFC Chief New Concept Officer, Christophe Poirier, said in a statement. "Saucy is debuting with these 11 sauces, but we envision limited-edition sauces, trend-inspired sauces and sauces created in response to changing taste buds."

- Hot Honey Watermelon Refresher
- Peach-Mango Lemonade
- Peach-Mango Lemonade Freeze
- Blue Raspberry Freeze
- Tropical Black Tea
- Classic Iced Tea
The restaurant will open on Monday, Dec. 23, at 502 S. Alafaya Trail in Orlando.
The City Beautiful was selected for Saucy's first location due to its diverse demographic, but, more locations are in the works, officials said.
