Orlando weather: Mostly cloudy skies with a few stray showers in Central Florida

TONIGHT:

Mostly cloudy with a few showers possible late. Patchy fog dense fog across the region late tonight into tomorrow morning, so make sure you adjust for time if you plan to travel early tomorrow morning. Lows tonight will be in the low 60s and upper 50s.

TOMORROW:

Mostly cloudy skies are on tap for your Friday with a few scattered showers through the day. Temperatures will stay in the upper 70s as the gloomy conditions stick around to wrap up the week.

THIS WEEKEND:

Saturday will stay gloomy with cloudy skies and spotty showers through the day. Temperatures will be in the upper 70s and low 80s. A cold front sweeps through the region amping up our rain chances Sunday afternoon/evening. It's possible that there could be a few lightning storms as this front moves through. Overall, looking at an increase in rain chances Sunday afternoon through Sunday evening.

LOOKING WAY AHEAD:

Behind this system, the clouds clear and temps drop back into the lower and middle 70s as we round out 2024 and ring in 2025. 2025 will start off with more sunshine and slightly cooler temperatures in the low 70s. Looking WAYYY down the road, a cold snap looks to be on the way. Long-range outlook features a cool down as another front pushes through late next week (were talking 7-10 days out). We could possibly see highs in the 60s and lows in the 30s and 40s.
