Massive plane brings French satellite to Florida

A telecommunications satellite arrived in Central Florida from France on Monday and was transported onboard the massive Airbus Beluga.

A small plane crashed in the Florida Keys with two people on board on Sunday afternoon, according to a statement on the Monroe County Sheriff's Office's Facebook page. 

The small ultralight plane crashed shortly after takeoff from the Tavenero airport, a private airport in Tavernier. 

The two people on board are expected to be OK.

The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating.
