Another coronavirus case has been linked to Florida. This is the fourth Floridian who has tested positive for COVID-19, but this individual is undergoing a self-quarantine in Washington. Authorities say the person recently traveled to Asia. On the same day, Congress has approved a bipartisan bill to fund efforts to fight the spread of COVID-19.
