Thousands in Florida skipping second dose of COVID vaccine

Thousands of people are not going back for their second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, according to the Florida Health Department. Some 915,000 people have received their first dose, but nearly 41,000 people who were scheduled to get a second dose never showed up -- a huge cause for concern since the vaccine comes in two doses and one needs both to be 95% protected from the coronavirus.
