Police Chief asking public to speak out

The Orlando Police Chief blames gangs for the recent Carver Shores deadly shootings. He's asking for the public's help in stopping it. The conflict started on social media before the four teens allegedly got into a car before driving into the neighborhood and shooting into a home killing a 6-year-old and injuring her mother.
