Neighborhood argument ends in shots fired, stand-off

An argument between neighbors in Seminole County ended Friday with one neighbor firing a gun, and then hiding inside a house in a standoff with authorities. No one was struck or hurt in the shooting, and the person eventually surrendered, authorities said. But, it had a street blocked off for hours.
