Many Florida pet shelters at or near capacity

Many animal shelters across Central Florida are running at or near capacity. These shelters are faced with difficult decisions when adoption levels drop. Sometimes the animals are sent out of state while other shelters offer special adoption specials; however, pet overpopulation is a national issue.
