Osceola County homicide update: Shooting started over pool pump dispute

Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez provided an update on a shooting over the weekend that started over a pool pump, the sheriff said. Joshua Beck was shot in his driveway and later died at the hospital. Joshua Miller was arrested in Saint Cloud, Florida, and booked into jail on charges of felony murder and battery.
