Tropics update: 3 waves tracking in the Atlantic

The National Weather Service is tracking three disturbances in the tropical Atlantic, including one near the Caribbean and one in the Gulf of Mexico, near Texas and Louisiana. Two have increasing odds of further development into a tropical depression. It's too early to tell any potential impacts to Florida.
