You could be fined $100 for digging too big a hole at the beach

Cocoa Beach Police are reminding people visiting the beach to play safely, including not digging too big or too deep of holes. It's dangerous -- and has proven deadly. Education is the first resort, but the last resort could be a $100 fine.
