Laurie Shaver trial: Guilty or not guilty in Michael's death?

Who's reponsible for Michael Shaver's death? He was shot in the back of the head and found buried beneath a fire pit and concrete slab in the backyard of his him. His wife, Laurie Shaver, is accused of his murder. The prosecution said the totality of circumstances points to her. Her daughter, however, said she shot him, not her mother, and that Laurie's boyfriend shot Michael too. The defense said Laurie is not on trial for lying and that the state hasn't proven Laurie's responsible beyond a reasonable doubt or that she pulled the trigger.
