Waltz: 'All hands on deck' after 2nd assassination try

In an interview with FOX 35's Garrett Wymer, Rep. Michael Waltz called for a change to how the Secret Service allocates its resources and said states need to step in to help protect former President Donald Trump if the Secret Service is "maxed out."
