Altamonte neighborhood cut off by Milton floodwaters

Some homes in the Spring Oaks neighborhood in Altamonte Springs are cut off by high waters from heavy rains dumped on the area by Hurricane Milton. Firefighters are on the scene in the aftermath as neighbors wait for waters to recede.
