State to pursue death case against Jerry Dorisme

The state is going after the death penalty for the man accused of stabbing a little girl to death. Orange County deputies say Jerry Dorisme raped and murdered 13-year-old Rose Dieujuste while she was walking to a friend's apartment on the Fourth of July.
