Disney continues tradition of providing Thanksgiving meals

Walt Disney World embraces the "Season of Giving" by spreading extra joy during the holidays, continuing its tradition of giving back to the community. For over 25 years, Disney has provided Thanksgiving meals to more than 1,000 individuals and families at Coalition for the Homeless and Harbor House of Central Florida. Prepared by 15 Disney chefs and served by cast members on Thanksgiving Day, the meals reflect Disney’s commitment to making a difference. Executive Chef John Prieto and Sous Chef Anthony Scott from Disney’s Hollywood Studios demonstrated how to properly carve a turkey as Thanksgiving quickly approaches.
