The Florida State Legislature gavels into their 60-day Legislative Session tomorrow, and a state constitutional amendment has been proposed which would eliminate Florida's Lieutenant Governor position and redistribute their duties across the Governor's Cabinet. Dr. John Sacher, a UCF History Professor, joined FOX 35's Garrett Wymer to break down the history of Florida's Lieutenant Governor position, and where this could leave the line of succession if this measure were to pass.
