94-year-old blind man survives Seminole County tornado

A 94-year-old blind man lost a large portion of his roof in Monday’s EF2 tornado. According to Keith, within seconds of listening to the emergency alert he got on his phone, the tornado touched down. Keith was on his second floor at the time.
