Police ID boy, 10, killed in child abuse case

A 10-year-old boy at the center of a horrific child abuse investigation in Florida, allegedly at the hands of his mother and her boyfriend, has died. Xavier Williams died on Friday, police said, weeks after he was brought to the hospital with head-to-toe bruises and burns. His 9-year-old brother survived. Police are now looking to upgrade the charges against the boy's mother and her boyfriend.
