Accused hit-and-run driver arrested: 'I'm so high right now'

An accused hit-and-run driver was arrested in Palm Bay after the driver blew through an intersection and struck a vehicle, police said. The driver, who told the arresting officer, "I'm so high right now," was charged with driving under the influence, DUI with property damage, and leaving the scene of a crash with property damage.
