Quake causes high-rise building to collapse in Thailand

A magnitude 7.7 earthquake happened this morning in Southeast Asia, and Myanmar and Thailand were the hardest hit. A massive aftershock hit shortly after, causing a high-rise building that was under construction in Bangkok to crumble.
