Woman shot, killed in Deltona; suspect arrested
A woman is dead following a shooting in a Volusia County neighborhood early Monday, authorities said. The incident happened along Parma Drive in Deltona. The suspect drove off after the shooting and was arrested in Flagler County after crashing his vehicle.
