Update expected in Xavier Williams case

The State Attorney's Office will hold a news conference on Thursday afternoon to announce a development in the prosecution of Kimberley Mills and her boyfriend, Andre Walker. Both are facing a murder charge in the death of Mills' 10-year-old son, Xavier Williams, who died of alleged torture and neglect, according to the Tavares Police Department.
