Viral video of boating confrontation sparks investigations

A video recorded in Southwest Florida is going viral, having been viewed more than 8 million times. It appears to show a boat captain arguing with a young fisherman, then climbing onto his boat. Other anglers are upset and say this isn't the way it should be. Now, the U.S. Coast Guard and local police are looking into the video.
