Florida high school student help rescue boaters

Four people were pulled from the water after their boat capsized near the St. Lucie inlet off the coast of Florida. They are all believed to be victims of a smuggling operation. FOX 35's Chris Lindsay has more on the high school student who helped make the rescue.
