St. Cloud dedicates memorial bench to Maddie Soto

The City of St. Cloud is remembering Maddie Soto with a special bench at Lakefront Park. Maddie, 13, was found dead last year just days after she was reported missing. Prosecutors say Stephen Sterns, the boyfriend of Maddie's mom, killed her. Officials say Sterns is also facings sex crime charges after abusing Maddie for years.
