State and defense rest in Everett Miller sentencing trial

The sentencing phase in the murder trial of Everett Miller is beginning to wind down as both the state and the defense teams have rested their cases. Miller was convicted by a jury last month in the deaths of two Kissimmee police officers. Miller told a judge that he did not want to testify during the sentencing phase.
