Remembering Ponce the puppy

The City of Ponce Inlet is deciding on whether to honor a puppy that prompted a change in state law with a memorial burial site a city dog park. Travis Archer was sentenced to one year in prison in the case of a beating of the 9-month-old puppy named "Ponce" in 2016.
