State attorney criticizes investigation into Nicole Montalvo death

FOX 35 News obtained a letter that Attorney General Ashley Moody sent to Gov. DeSantis, alerting him to the dispute between the Osceola County Sheriff's Office and the State Attorney for Ninth Circuit concerning the investigation into the death of Nicole Montalvo.
