Emaciated horses rescued after FOX 35 News report now adopted

A FOX 35 News investigation ended with two emaciated horses being rescued from a Volusia County home. Now, those animals have a new home, having been adopted together. The former owner of the horses was charged with animal cruelty and confining without sufficient food.
