War of words between Volusia sheriff and DeLand police chief

Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood is calling out DeLand Police Chief Jason Umberger, saying he is a ightweight after deputies were involved in a pursuit of a suspect that ended in a deadly shooting.
