LOS ANGELES - Neil Cavuto, a veteran business journalist, hosted his final show on Fox News on Thursday, concluding a 28-year career with the network. Cavuto addressed his departure at the end of his last broadcast, thanking Fox for the opportunity and emphasizing his dedication to impartial journalism.
"I’m not leaving journalism," Cavuto said. "I’m just leaving here."
He reflected on his goal of delivering "truth to power and fairness to all," a principle he said guided his reporting throughout his career. Cavuto also acknowledged both the support and criticism he received from viewers.

While Cavuto did not elaborate on his future plans, he assured viewers that his departure from Fox News does not mark the end of his career in journalism.
"I got to do what I love here — report the news, not shout the news," he remarked.
